Ce site propose une synthèse de la documentation scientifique contemporaine sur le travail en groupe et la conduite des réunions de travail. La perspective adoptée est communicationnelle, c’est-à-dire centrée sur les interactions entre les membres.

Le modèle présenté s’inscrit dans la tradition québécoise de formation en relations humaines et des travaux sur le groupe et l’animation, telle que développée à l’Université de Sherbrooke et à l’UQAM, notamment enseignée au programme en Communication humaine et organisationnelle.

Les caractéristiques individuelles (âge, sexe, traits psychologiques, etc.) ne sont abordées que sous l’angle de leurs contributions aux interactions et aux phénomènes affectant les groupes de travail.

Le site comporte deux grandes sections : Groupe de travail et Conduite et animation des réunions.

La première présente les principaux processus et phénomènes émergents au sein des groupes de travail. La seconde présente des interventions et des techniques de conduites et d’animation de réunion, en fonction des grands ensembles thématiques de processus et de phénomènes de groupes.

Cette section présente les principaux phénomènes et processus identifiés dans la documentation scientifique contemporaine sur les groupes de travail. Elle témoigne de la complexité des groupes de travail.

La première partie présente la notion de groupe de travail, ses conditions d’existence.

La suite est organisée selon sept grands ensembles thématiques.

Les six premiers ensembles thématiques mettent en lumière des phénomènes et de processus de groupe à propos :
